Wine Route Curicó Valleys (Chile)

Framed in a landscape of mountains and sea, Curico Valleys group around 20,000 hectares of vineyards that have great tradition which have given life to sublime wines that shine at prestigious international competitions.

Wine lovers from the United States, Japan, Brazil and much of Europe can attest to the excellent wines that this region exports to the world and which most renowned strains are Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz and foremost, Carmenère, one of the most popular internationally for years considered extinct.

Among the many activities that can be practiced in these valleys, one of the most beautiful countryside in the country, you can choose between a visit to the park and a colonial house in Viña Casa Donoso, the church founded by the winemaker family at Viña Mario Edwards on the banks of the River Lontué or excursions’ riding ‘a day in the grounds of Viña Corral Victoria.

Viña Villa Golf located in Maule, has facilities to enjoy playing golf, while Viña Vía Wines, located next to the Volcano ‘Cuenta’, is also surrounded by 90 hectares of olive trees.
